someone light a fire under my butt!

soooo... I've just realized that this baby will be full-term in 5 weeks. FIVE WEEKS! I'm not due for another eight, but still! (I have the feeling I'm not going to last another eight weeks... wishful thinking maybe?) We're on the home stretch here and I kid you not when I say - we have done NOTHING to prepare. absolutely nothing. seriously. purchased nothing, washed nothing, installed nothing - NOTHING. All we have done is picked out a name.

I think I'm in denial that we're having a baby soon. Or perhaps part of my slacking comes with the whole remodel going on and knowing "Audrey Belle" will most likely be sleeping with us for the first 3-4 months as she won't have a room until ours is completed. Either way I suppose I should get out the baby clothes, dust off the swing, install the car seat and get a few supplies ready so this kiddo isn't rolling around nekkid on the floor of the car. eh - I suppose it's carpeted and somewhat comfy down there so maybe I'll just get out the baby clothes and call it good?

I'm such a nice mama :)
